Do you ever wish you could be handed a detailed road map to help you navigate your life with all the detours, dead ends, and unexpected turns? I have…
Life’s journey challenges us on so many levels. A good map would certainly be helpful! Personal relationships with family, marriage, parenting, and spirituality can benefit from guidance toward restoration and peace. What an excellent opportunity for personal growth! I am a counselor who is a Christian, and I am inclusive of all faiths and beliefs. My main goal as a therapist is to guide others to be the best version of themselves while providing hope in difficult circumstances.
In 1998 I earned my Master’s degree in Education and Agency and Community Counseling from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. I am certified in Reality Therapy and have trained in Love and Logic. I have over 20 years’ experience working with adults, families, children, and youth in a variety of counseling and educational settings. I am passionate about journeying alongside through all the joys and challenges your life may bring as we work together to reach your personal goals. My encouraging approach will provide you with the tools you need to live a healthy and successful life. I would like to help you map out a plan to get the ball rolling in a new direction for a healthier you. I am confident that I can help you find a new route through whatever bumps, curves, or detours you may be wrestling with.
I have been married for 25 years to my husband Tim and our daughter recently graduated from Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction. We attend Timberline church in Fort Collins where I enjoy volunteering and facilitating mother/daughter and women’s Bible Studies. In our free time we like to camp and hike in Colorado’s beautiful Front Range. I also enjoy relaxing at home with a good book!
